Notes on Configuration - Win 7 HP 64 bit was installed on the SSD (C:) with data on the HD (D:\users).
- "Lenovo Rescue and Recovery" was used to take a snapshot of the system onto a hidden partition on the HDD. This software is easy to use, and I made a "Rescue CD" that can be used to recover should that prove necessary.
- Additional disc images were made with Conezilla. The original system (Win8) and the Win 7 set up were both backed up to D:\DiskImages, and I advised Kay to copy onto a separate disc.
